Inner Peace
If you can start the day without caffeine,
If you can always be cheerful, ignoring aches and pains,
If you can resist complaining and boring people with your troubles,
If you can eat the same food every day and be grateful for it,
If you can understand when your loved ones are too busy to give you any time,
If you can take criticism and blame without resentment,
If you can conquer tension without medical help,
If you can relax without alcohol,
If you can sleep without the aid of drugs,

…Then You Are Probably ………

‎’The beginning of love is to let those we love be perfectly themselves, and not to twist them to fit our own image. Otherwise we love only the reflection of ourselves we find in them.’

Life is one beautiful series of events, followed by another beautiful series of events!

When I view this objectively, it is even simpler than that.

Life is one beautiful moment, followed by another beautiful moment and the wonder in all of this is that I create it just as I wish it to be in this moment!

Peace, love, light and blessings

Opening my eyes and viewing my world this morning was overwhelming!

My mind began to race through everything that I need to do, where I need to go, who I need to call, what will be the outcome of each action that I need to take……….then I took a deep breath and allowed my inner being to take over, I slowed down, there was no rapid thought, just a calm relaxation running through my entire body and a knowing that everything will happen today one moment at a time.

Now I know that the day will be one  learning, growth and experience to move myself  forward through life steadily knowing that all is as it is for a purpose!

Peace, love, light and blessings!

Many years ago I was asked to do a training program outside of my home town that would mean that I would have to leave my secure little home in the woods and move for 3 full months to do this work.  I was excited about training new people to work with people, but at the same time I was apprehensive about my personal abilities and skills, and whether or not I was ready to deliver the program.  At the same time I had met a new partner and he had two children that were young, who in a short period of time had become a very important part of my life.  I had finally found the family that I had dreamed of being a part of  and I had to decide whether or not to leave them for 3 months which sure seemed like a long time to me.   With all of this happening I developed a clot in my leg which left me in great distress mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually.  What could I do.  I went to the Doctor who immediately looked after the physical problem by placing me on blood thinners, however, the pain persisted and I decided that I would go and do the work that had been placed in front of me.  I remember hobbling onto the ferry that would take me to my new place of employment and away from my secluded life in the woods and it was amazing how my life changed at that time by following through, risking to learn and grow, and move out of my cocoon!  This move was the beginning of a very fulfilling career of training people to help others through training programs.  Wow, what an honor to do this kind of work and see the results.  It was also the beginning of my personal growth in understanding some of my personal issues, as my co-trainer introduced me to an individual who sure helped me to understand me and some of my behaviors very clearly.

Alan, taught a course in psychological self defense and I will be eternally grateful for the understanding I gained at that time through him about the REACHING AND RUNNING SYNDROMES that I create in my life.

Very simply understood, when I am wanting to avoid things, or I am uncertain about taking another step forward my legs and feet can be affected through manifesting aches, pains or problems.  The reaching syndrome will happen and I will know when I am reaching for something that I may believe to be out of my grasp because of low self esteem or other difficulties and I have ended up with pains in my shoulders and arms.  When I acknowledge these pains and the reasons that they may exist in my life, it is certainly miraculous how the pains and difficulties may disappear!.

Thank you Alan for this knowledge, it has assisted me many times to dis create some of the aches and pains that appear in my body!

Peace, love, light and blessings!

My physical body sure makes me aware of what is going on in my world when I am not listening to my mind, emotions and spirit!

I woke up this morning with a Charley Horse in my Leg…..once again!

Finally I had to acknowledge that I sure am nervous about stepping out into the world and letting everyone know that I have written and published a book. I sometimes believe that I am afraid of nothing, put the thoughts in the back of my mind and go on mindlessly until my body makes me pay attention! I got it now!

Back off Charley Horse!

What does your body tell you?
Peace, love, light and blessings!

As I was sitting quietly this morning entering into my meditation out of nowhere the word “Credit” kept coming to me. It took awhile but finally I was together enough to realize that I was being given a message about this word that has become an issue for so many of us today!

The guides were wanting to come through however, my reaction to the word itself was sure stopping the process.

Within the last day I realized that I had talked with at least 5 individuals who were using the word credit and using it very differently in each case.

Each time this word was used it ended up being a negative situation………Now what is up with that?

The first use of the word was an individual who wanted to have credit for things that she has done in her life and has not received any validation for this from outside sources.  The next time it was used was by an individual who had credit problems, and was having difficulty determining where the money would come from to look after the payments this month.  Then came a conversation with an individual who was facing bankruptcy and was afraid to answer her telephone because of her fear of having to facing her creditors who were very rude and abrupt with her.  Personally, I needed to go to the bank shortly after this conversation to put a deposit in my account, and the teller informed me that this money had been CREDITED to my account.  The last time it was used was again with myself when an individual who purchased one of the books I just had published telephoned me and gave me a whole lot of credit for having done this and was really validating me for what she could understand about herself through reading the book.  That was when I really began to realize how negative the word credit is today, and how it can bias my own personal perception of who I am and what I do through the word credit.

Many years ago I was taught not to be egotistical, not to talk about my accomplishments and to not give myself credit for what it is that I do!  Today, I got it and know that it is OK to give myself credit and that it is not a negative thing.

How does the word credit affect you today?

Peace, love. light and blessings!
