How easy it is to not consciously acknowledge the gratitude that radiates from me to all that I am grateful for in this world, in this moment!

I am grateful for my life, and all that I experience and it only takes this moment to consciously acknowledge it all!

Doing this creates awareness, focus, love and it is the light that moves me forward in life!
Peace, love, light and blessings

Changing my life patterns seems to be getting easier as new situations are placed in front of me to assist me to change.

Every morning my cat, Sabbath, serves as my alarm clock to wake me up at exactly 6:00 a.m. He comes into the bedroom, jumps on the bed, starts pawing, purring and loving, and I know it is time to start moving.

I decided to change this pattern and instead of getting up at 6:00 to accommodate the needs of Sabbath, I have started to sleep in until 7:00a.m. to meet my own needs.  Amazingly, the cat is accepting of this change and will sleep in with me until 7:00 now.

The next change I have had to make has to do with my morning as well.  Once  Sabbath has me awake,I get up, I turn on the TV and watch the morning news and weather.  Three days ago the receiver on the satellite dish quit so I have no TV reception.

Now this “no TV” is a big change for me, even though I don’t watch a lot of TV! Subconsciously I know it is there for me to watch if necessary and now that I know it is not there, life is really different.  A new receiver box is being sent out and it will take another 5 days to get here because of the holidays.  Talk about changing patterns…….but it sure is amazing how adaptable I have become to these changes and my life is more vibrant and spontaneous now than it has been in many years. Along with this, my thanks to Sabbath, the alarm clock cat, I am much more rested and clear now because I can take the time to sleep in and accept the fact that it is OK to slow down and sleep in and I know he is enjoying the extra sleep as well!

What changes are you needing to make today?

Peace, love, light and blessings

The steps you have taken, and are about to take, are necessary for your growth!

With-in and around you, these steps will guide you to the ever lasting light. Take them one step at a time, one day at a time.  There is no need to rush your steps, or you may miss something that is very important to your growth.

Slow down, take a breath, and breathe easy.

Life doesn’t have to have 2 speeds all the the time…fast…amd faster… once this has been realized and you take a moment to smell the roses, take that extra sip of coffee before rushing out the door..life will then, be more easily grasped.

That is like taking that 5 -15 mins a day to meditate, do Reiki on yourself, to just sit in prayer…take these little momnets in life that are given to you…see them, feel them, embrace them…The time spent in quietness is what your body, mind and soul needs for nourishment…to get you through troubled times…it makes them easier to handle.

These steps you are taking are the new resolutions that you have decided to put forth, they are exactly what you need.. To conquer all of lifes troubles and sorrows.

Today, sit back, breathe easy, then go forward today  knowing, you are at peace..

Your Loving Guides..

On this earth walk, the Ancestors have led me to discover a way of life, called shamanism.

This way considers how you live to be more important than what you do. Though I was not raised to believe in this, I have come to know that this way of life is for me. In this world that seems so familiar to me, everything that exists is alive, has a spirit and a voice. There is a field of energy that connects us to ALL of life… divinity is found in being aware of and Being a part of this interconnection and Oneness… it is this relationship to all things, the Old Ones considered sacred… Every creation is worthy of respect. From the tiniest creature to the largest mammal… We are part of mother earth and not above it… We are but one part of the web of life…
My spiritual journey has been colorful one indeed. Coyote medicine has been with me since a very young age… While I was taught to pray in pews, Creator spoke to me through nature… While I learned to worship the different saints, the animal spirit guides and totems waited and whispered in my dreams… While I was taught to pray with beads, the sweetgrass that would one day carry my prayers to Creator was growing near our meadow, effortlessly… While I was taught to worship a God above, I came to know and love the sacred source within. Interestingly, everything I was taught helped me to gain a greater and deeper appreciation for what I have come to know… isn’t it interesting how every single thing we learn in life is never lost or for nothing … no matter how we learn it…. To all who have taught me about Spirit, on my sacred journey…. With a humble heart, I give thanks…
