Buddhist Wisdom

If you have lived through a tragedy, you should be aware that worry and anxiety are just an unnecessary addition to your suffering. Try to talk about your problem, release it and do not keep it secret on account of modesty or shame. Tell yourself that the problem is now over and there is no point in taking it with you into the future. Try to turn your mind to the most positive aspects of your life.
