“Even though you feel you are an insignificant drop in the ocean, the effect your presence has on the world is huge and radiates outwards like light beyond the boundaries of your reality, affecting everyone and everything that exists in the world.”

I am always needing to remind myself  of how important my boundaries are to me in every realm.

  • Mentally,
  • Physically,
  • Emotionally and
  • Spiritually.

In order to maintain my boundaries I need to be consciously aware when things, situations, people, and feelings are not fitting with who I am from the inside to the outside.  Today my favorite words when I am setting my boundaries with myself and others are NO and YES, I WOULD LOVE TO BUT I CAN’T.

I need to use both because I have been socially conditioned to be polite…….never to say NO…..Wow, what a world I live in and create moment to moment!

Peace, love, light and blessings!

There is no boundary between you and those around you, yet we do not need to take in the drama others may generate. Keep true to your essence of loving intention, don’t let someone else’s ego pull you away from mindfulness. Feel the flow of those around you, touch them gently with your love and assist in positive, empowering goals. With assistance we can help others break free from the confines of the ego and live more in harmony with universal oneness.

In setting boundaries for myself today there are 3 things I need to remember!

  • Boundaries are set for me by me to keep me grounded, safe and secure in my world as I create it for me.
  • In setting my boundaries the most important skill I have is understanding how to use and respond to two very simple words:            1. YES     2.NO
  • Listening to myself first and others second will guide me to set boundaries that will provide safety for us all (Mentally, Physically, Emotionally and Spiritually).

Being consciously aware of these things in this moment will guide me through life with ease, rather than dis-ease!

Peace, love, light and blessings

A Really Old Song about boundaries!

Today we shift the World. This second is a journey to your destination. It’s O.K. that we are going in different directions. We are simply covering lots of ground of experiences. We will find our way back to one another, we may feel like we’re all separated at times but the inner truth knows that we are all walking with one another in the same direction. This can be hard to fathom as we are all so different on this Earth, but together we are one in our destinations. Our soul has a purpose and we are living it.

What is our individual purpose?

To answer this we must be quiet and let the revelations come not from our mouths. This is the time to let our Earth teachers take a break and go into silence themselves. Observe what is around you without your eyes to guide you. Within the silence is where we discover the sounds we miss; the water is rushing, the mountains are shifting, the trees are bending, the insects are now vocal. Our purpose is within this mystery of silence. It is now that we discover that our purpose is this simple journey forward. Whatever our situation is now, our purpose is this moment. Our wisdom is the simple being of this moment and we have much to learn from this second and the seconds that have passed. The moments of the futures are not important, not as important as this moment of right now.

It is important to understand that as consciously as we are discovering our journey, we will always be unconsciously conscious. This simply means that our conscious will always be guided by what we do not have “control” or “power” over. This journey that we walk is guided by those that walked this journey before us. In this silence we discover that there is much in our journey that is weaved together with the walks of all that share this space of earth with us and weaved tightly with the journey’s of those before us. To be conscious is to be aware of all aspects of our being and this is why we will always be unconsciously conscious. The unconsciousness of our being unfolds to our conscious, we will always have much to learn.
This silence of the moment is part of our unconscious coming to the being of our
conscious. As our journey is never completely individual (we are always connected with our communities, our families, the space of Earth in which we share), we will never be conscious of the connections we have with everyone on this Earth. This simply unfolds as the moments pass. We are not always aware of the footprints we leave, and wose feet are walking within our footprints. But, in time, we will discover this. Sometimes it takes generations for this to unfold. The more we are conscious of this moment, the unconscious is awakened. It is important to understand we simply can’t know everything at once. Our journey is meant to unfold, and it is unfolded as the bigger picture of living is revealed. This is the spirit of learning. Our learning is not all that we learn from our parents, our schooling, our careers, or from the books that we indulge in. We must remember that our learning is from living, it’s the simple sharing of space with those around us. And remember that this space we share is the Earth as a whole. Our movements, our actions, our moods, our beliefs, our values, our teachings and learning are connected and imprinted in the journey’s of those we may not know; even those that live on the opposite sides of the Earth.

The Earth is a shared environment with all that is living within it’s space. Our space within it may be small, in our physical eyes, but we are playing a great part in its systems of living and growth. We are apart of something so much greater than we can fathom in the consciousness of Earth teachings. We simply can’t be conscious of all that is occurring. We are not meant to understand it all at once. This is why it’s a journey. It’s a journey of discovery. What a sad moment it will be when we lose our sense of discover. A robot we will be – simply going through the movements only to be shut off when our purpose is accomplished. Humans are not meant to be so mechanical.

This moment is what is the most important. It is this moment that leads us to the next. It is this moment that our life being can be altered, can be celebrated, and also can be completed. It is important to remember that we are no above the natural cycle of life and death. Our journey as a human on this Earth is limited. The moments are not forever. So what is our purpose? What is your purpose? Our purpose is simply this moment Anything beyond it doesn’t matter because that’s not our destination to control it. That is the bigger picture and we are not the painter of it. Our art is this moment only. Stroke your brush assertively and be prepared to let it go when needed. Our destination and our purpose are to fulfill the greater destination that we may not understand at this moment. That is the gift of this moment, we are being guided to the greater understanding and all will be revealed when the moment is right.

Anticipate this moment. Anything beyond this moment we can’t be conscious of. We never know when our gifts of moments will be no longer in this reality. Understand that we will always be consciously unconscious. And it is a beautiful mystery that is revealed to us each moment.

I have always been a very caring person who enjoys sharing myself (Mentally, Physically, Emotionally and Spiritually) with others in my life!

One of the things that I have learned is that it is OK to say no to sharing when it places me in jeopardy of burning out in any area.  To provide me with some assistance with the whole idea of drawing my line between sharing and setting boundaries, I went within to check with the channel and here is what surfaced:

Dear one, you have spent your whole life in service to others, and when you have placed everyone else before you at all times what is it that happens to you?  You always need to remember that there is no line or boundary between yourself and others that you do not place there yoursef.  Boundaries are set for self care, and once again in your situation the boundaries that you set need to be in line with you first taking care of yourself and in return you will be taking care of others.  If there is no you to take care of yourself there will certainly not be a you to share with and care for others.

  • Life, dear one, is once again about the balance that you need to achieve in all areas of your life.  If you are helping others mentally, are you helping and caring for yourself mentally as well?
  • When you are physically challenged, tired, run down and stressed out, can your physical being care for others at that time, or is that a time where you need to set boundaries for yourself that will in fact relay forward to others who are coming forth in your life?
  • Emotionally, do you need to take care of understanding first where you are at with emotional well being and feelings?  When you do this you will know the boundaries to set with others coming forth with their emotional turmoils and you will be able to choose to set boundaries that are fitting for you to set in that moment.
  • Spiritually, as you believe in you, creator, and all that abounds in your life for you, the clarity and understanding for you will become your boundary, and you will also allow all others to have their boundaries and understandings on a spiritual level and you will all come together as one, knowing the uniqueness of all.

Do you need to draw a line between sharing and setting boundaries?

In the recognition of you being you, and others being themselves, radiating all of that to everyone one you meet and encounter on your life journey, there is a natural boundary that is set in never wanting to change anyone into the likeness of you or anyone else that is on this life journey.

Self care, balance and understanding the uniqueness of all is the line in both sharing and setting boundaries!

Peace, love, light and blessings!
