Good Morning

What a beautiful morning it is!

I woke up early and sat with my cat “Angel” on my lap as I watched the beautiful sun arrive!

Today:

I know will be a beautiful day, full of light, love and many promises for a world filled with beauty and wonder!

I will become more consciously aware of the peace that exists in my world, and less conscious of the chaos that exists!

Good Morning

What will you be conscious of today, peace or chaos?

Peace, love, light and blessings

Back Towards Light

Every word, every action, every thought, every belief, every behavior has the potential to carry the energy of “love and good will” OR “fear and chaos”.Fear and chaos are not of the LIGHT. They are highly destructive forces that blind us from our truth, and keep us in our pain. However, these forces can be used by the LIGHT as catalysts to FORCE US into new ways of being and greater transformation. We have the free will choice to utilize the energies of “love and good will” or “fear and chaos”….it is really up to us! During these very transformational times we are being asked to release the fear and chaos ~ within us and outside of us ~ so we can fully step into our garments of LIGHT.The energies of support, rapid transformation and enlightenment are the strongest they have ever been.

NOW is the time to redeem ourselves. Everyday, and in every way be conscious of your SELF……be aware of your inner workings and your intentions. Which energies are you aligned with?

WORDS OF WISDOM

Life is funny!

As I get older I find a new way of dealing with what the day has to offer. Like today, as an example, I was taking down a drain spout and you guessed it! I was covered in crap water that smelled like you know what! lol.
As I was getting covered in crap I had  the time to quickly think of how I should react to my situation:

  • get mad or
  • laugh out loud

I chose to laugh out loud, it seemed a much better way!

Too bad that no one was there to witness and share in that experience.   It’s funny how we don’t realize that we had a moment of wisdom until much later, it took me two hours to figure out that I just had one !

We all get a moment in situations to chose a path of calm or chaos, however, the hard part is to use that moment when it comes because it happens so fast that we miss it more than use it .
So in closing my thought is:
“When you know that the crap is coming down, just close your eyes and grab that moment”!

You will be much happier when you do and so will everyone else that is around you

There was a time in my life that I believed everything I did needed to be difficult! Difficulty was the way that I justified my existence, my importance, self worth and the work that I did. If it wasn’t difficult, then I was not working to my capacity, I was not worthwhile, I was lazy and I had nothing left to learn.  No chaos for me was boring!

I learned very rapidly that people would judge me by what they perceived was my busyness, not my business.  The more I worked the more valued I was, the more important I became to myself.

  • Where would this job be without me?
  • Where would all of these people who rely on me be without me?
  • Where would I be if all of these people didn’t rely on me?

The greatest thrill for me became working myself out of one job to create another one for myself.  If I didn’t have a problem to work through on the job I would create one, and most of the organizations I worked with loved to hand me all of their problems to work on because I would jump to the challenge and work through the chaos involved with the problems and if I was lucky I would create more chaos to work on while I was working through the initial chaos, until I was totally immersed in chaos and in my glory challenging myself to be better than I believed I was!

This chaos creating also moved into my household, everything from creating problems within my relationships with my family, my friendships, to living in disorganized chaos that would need to be completely sorted out before visitors showed up on the doorstep.  My personal paperwork also became another source of chaos and challenge for me, and then I started my own business and chaos became MAJOR CHAOS to really justify my existence.

One day I stopped and took stock of the amount of chaos that existed in my life and I came to terms with being what I refer to as “A Chaos Junkie”! In this moment I began to realize that life is really very simple.  Living in this moment, taking one step at a time, and dealing with issues with ease is what life is all about.  I value myself, and know that my busyness is not the value of my worth to me or anyone else who is a part of my life.

Do you create Chaos in your life?

Peace, love, light and blessings

Have you ever had one of those days!

You get up on the wrong side of the bed, nothing goes right and the more you try to turn it around it just doesn’t get any better.

Yesterday was one of those days for me!

I woke up miserable, I contracted a cold and flu bug while I was sleeping, my body ached, my breathing was laboured, my nose was running, I had a temperature and on a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the highest rating ……I was at a 2.……..only if I thought positive!
I quickly decided it was up to me to create my day the way I wanted it to be and self care was the top item on my agenda. I grabbed my blanket and made myself a cup of tea, wrote on the blog and then laid down to have my day of self care……!!!

I had just laid down and my nose started to drip! No Kleenex’s around, so I was up in search of the Kleenex box.

I just got settled in one more time, the phone rang and I had forgotten to put the phone within reach, so the run to find the phone was on……..I tripped on the cat on the way to the telephone, finally made it and had a chat with the person who had called, laid back down once again, and forgot that I had moved my tea….

Back up to get the tea, and finally, I was set for my day of self care!
NOT TO BE FOR ME!

Interruptions continued throughout the day, there were meals to prepare, animals to care for, people to talk to and the more I got wrapped up in the day, the more I seemed to forget about being wrapped up my blanket of self love and caring, snuggled into my real blanket.

I was almost in tears from being sick and the frustration I felt so I decided that a shower, then laying down with my blanket, pillow and watching a little TV would definitely improve my disposition and my life in that moment!

It seemed like a big chore, but finally as I stepped into the nice warm shower, I could sense the self care happening! I was really doing something for me, shut off from the rest of the world, no phones, no hassles, no animals just me and the nice warm water, cleansing me from the inside out…….and then my husband decided to do the dishes for me, just to make me feel better, turned on the hot water…………and as I stood in the freezing cold water, screaming at the top of my lungs, tears started rolling down my face, and then I burst out laughing……….Today my cold is much better and so is my disposition!

Peace, love, light and blessings as we see the humor in circumstances we create!

THOUGHT FOR TODAY

It is always amazing how human beings tend to jump on issues when there is chaos involved! I have done this many times, however, starting right here, right now, in this moment I will choose less chaos and more involvement in peaceful resolutions! Peace, love, light and blessings on this peaceful day! I create it all!
