Nothing poetic today, or choreographed.  It’s simply a day of days.  A day of motion but necessary.  I sit another day and night in a hotel room and wishing I was at home.  Ah, the love of family.  But life can be funny because some days when I’m sitting at home I’m looking forward to sitting in a hotel room.  I get pulled in so many directions that I am not sure where my body wants to be.

I’ve learned something though, I’ve learned that life moves forward.  Even when you think you are taking a break – life is still going.  So profound, I know.  But in all honesty, it’s a great lesson.  I have a lot of movement in my life and not a lot of movement at the same time.  I’ve created that for myself.  And big part of learning that life moves on, with or without me, is I’ve learned that I need to balance it.

I have an “external existence” so to speak, meaning I work and pay bills.  I am involved in just what my “internal existence” says is smothering to it.    But I have requirements and needs.  And wants too.  My internal existence speaks more of who I really am, when I’m not wearing my work smile or using my shopping hands.  This part of me is quiet, reflective and open to express many different feelings.  Some to the dismay of family of friends 🙂 And most importantly, it’s my real connection to my friends and family.

As I’m learning of the world’s movement, I’ve discovered life can move at fast speed and sometimes I have to live it and accept it.  If I want to venture into an external existence of wants, needs and responsibility, I have rules to play by.  I’ve learned my feelings can slow me down when what I really need to do is meet a responsibility.  I’ve learned that my feelings can get in the way of me embracing others that walk  along with me.  Sometimes they are sucking it up too and meeting a responsibility with little time to explore their internal self.   I’ve learned that I can make life more busier  just by being too involved in my moments of internal bliss.  And I’m learning, there is a time and place for my internal and external movements – and I just need to suck that up too!  That’s the joy of creation – suck it up but make up for it later.  Movement means it is never final.

And most of all, I’ve learned it’s all okay.  And it’s all okay because the world keeps on moving.  And it’s that movement that is my underlining reason for being.  I like all the shifts, the adventures, the responsibilities, the reflections and the opportunity to be a part of a greater movement than my own twists and bends.  Movement at whatever speed is momentum.  I can stop my own tracks but not the tracks of others.

To summarize, I’ve learned to suck it up! Life happens but it’s up to me to adjust my footing.

In honour of all my beautiful women friends,

“It’s time to pull up my big girl panties and get over it already!”

Are all of the flowers in a field the same?

What makes one flower perfect and another imperfect?

Are all human beings the same?

What makes one human being perfect and another imperfect?

Those who strive to be perfect are imperfect. To find balance or the neutral zone, remember:

That if you want to be perfect, you must believe Yourself to be imperfect!

This is a challenge for all humans on earth today.  Understand that Nothing in your world is perfect!

Perfection is your perception! It is a process of fulfillment and becoming whole.

Embrace you, your perfections and imperfections as you journey forward through this lifetime knowing that you are a human being who is learning, doing and being all that you are!

Peace, love, light and blessings be with you on this exciting journey into your true existence.

With mighty courage and determination you define survival.

With purpose unknown to many who oversee your existence; so carefree you blossom under the harshest conditions.

Pressing your way in the unusual circumstances, proving the weight you carry in your fragile form; displaying the purest of beauty where it once was forgotten.

With mighty grace your message cannot be clearer through the thickest barriers; your survival cannot go unnoticed.

Beneath our worn feet, the horizontal floor of cement; your delicate existence will continue on.

You are symbol of true being, fighting to prove nothing more than the struggle to survive in such natural conditions with unnatural laws of pride and rules.

Your life is a symbol of injustice to true spirit and natural laws.

We are a part of you, as you are to us.

Yet, we call it progression, through dominance, I suppose.
