It has been a wonderful day of doing what I choose to do in the moment.  Everything seemed to flow with the ease, that was meant to be.

Friends visiting, no real plans, making meals with simplicity and love abounding all around.

I will sleep soundly knowing that life does not have to be complex, and going with the flow is the way I need to go!

Love is with me as love is me!

Good Night!

How would you like your life to flow?

Peace, love, light and blessings!

When I wake up in the morning I can make my day really complicated the minute I put my feet on the ground!  My thoughts can get me off and running on what I need to do, what I have to do, and this morning was a perfect example!

Our cat decided to come and jump on the bed early and purr, the dog began to pace wanting out, the other cat was playing tag with the cat on the bed and I was wide awake long before I wanted to be!

I had to stop, check out how I was feeling about all of these early morning happenings and then I realized that:

I  appreciate the simple things in life!

I know  that life is simple and I  choose to keep it simple. special  and appreciate every experience, not make it complex and question it all!

Will you appreciate the simplicity in your life today?

Good Morning!

Peace, love, light and blessings

‎”The greatest wisdom is in simplicity… Love, respect, tolerance, sharing, gratitude, forgiveness. It’s not complex or elaborate. The real knowledge is free. It’s encoded in your DNA. All you need is within you. Great teachers have said that from the beginning. Find your heart and you will find your way.” ♥

There certainly is a whole lot to learn about computers and computer systems today!

I am not the most computer literate person that exists in this world.  New programs and systems are continually coming on board, and as they arrive, everything that I have learned to this point seems to change, my mind has to find a new route to work with the system while still maintaining the quality of the writing that I do!  Getting past this negativity that I carry can be difficult, when I am expecting difficulty to arise the computer usually jumps up and provides me with the difficulty that I anticipate.

Strange today how I am simplifying my life every step of the way, however, when it comes to computers all of the simplifying becomes non existant and provides way tooooo much complexity for me.

How about you, do computers and computer systems simplify your life, or complicate it?

Peace, love, light and blessings!

Our world sure seems to be getting more complex and sophisticated moment by moment!

I find that just when I have got a handle on one new system, a new way of thinking or being in our world, within moments, days, weeks or months along comes a new thought or system that is to replace the one that I have just learned.

Oh, how I wish there was more simplicity in life today!

I guess I will just have to create this simplicity in my life for me!

Peace, love, light and blessings!

In the work I do as a counselor, I have been noticing how all of the clients I see lately are very afraid of change!

This fear manifests itself in many different ways, however it always seems to be one of the root causes of each persons personal difficulties today.

To break this down even further the fear of change is symptomatic of being imperfect. If you need to change something in your life it usually means that something is not working for you and therefore your world as you know it is imperfect. Today, in our world imperfection is viewed as a big problem instead of a wonderful asset. There is not one person I have ever met that is perfect. The lack of perfection in us is what keeps us all living, moving, growing, creating  and most importantly changing our lives.

That is the simplicity of change, everyone I know changes from moment to moment in life.

Do you?

Peace, love, light and blessings

A simple lesson I learned from children today!

Today is a day for me to simplify my world for me and in doing this for me I will also do it for all of those who are around me!

Every time I complicate my life, my energy vibration becomes out of sync with where I am naturally in my life. When I stay in the moment, do one thing at a time my world slows down, my energy vibration levels out and this is what I pass on to my world. Wow, calmness is a wonderful vibration to give to all today!

Peace, Love, Light and Blessings!

Many people today believe that fun and entertainment are those things that cost money to do!

I have been watching the children in our community playing outside and noticing all of their fun times!  It certainly is amazing how their laughter and fun  comes from very simple things, such as:

  • waving a branch in the air,
  • jumping up and down as they walk through mud puddles,
  • running and laughing with one another
  • riding their bikes down the road and slamming on the brakes
  • Sharing their fun times with each other pointing, laughing and telling jokes
  • Stopping to pet a cat or a dog.
As we get older what stops us from creating all of the simple fun times that exist in our world for us?
We do, through our complex thoughts and wanting to fit into a world that we don’t believe that we create!
Today is my day to create fun simply in my life for me!  I will start now by walking through a puddle!
Thank you creator!
Peace, love, light and blessings!
