“Let your body relax from all the stress.
Let your heart restore itself from all the hurt.
Let your mind repair itself from all the busyness.
Let your soul refresh itself from all the negativity.
Let your spirit return to its highest expression.”

A psychologist walked around a room while teaching stress management to an audience. As she raised a glass of water, everyone expected they'd be asked the "half empty or half full" question. Many years ago I was taking a very in-depth course on Self Empowerment and Self Awareness.  It was during a very stressful time in my life, and I was truly amazed when the facilitator began to talk about stress and the effects it can have on your life.

He stated that:

  • 90 percent of all DIS EASE in life is created by stress.

At that point my whole life changed and I began to be a whole lot less

dis eased

as I learned to look after my stress daily.

I present workshops on  Stress and I wanted to share this piece of information with you once again.
