It’s a nice day today!
I am up, looking forward to today, still walking with a limp, but listening carefully to what my body is telling me.
I would love to go outside, swing on swings, run and play, however, I know it is a day of taking care of me, so sitting on a chair and observing all that is going on may be the best thing to do knowing that my body is doing what it needs to do to heal.
Today:
I will let my imagination run free while I slow down and take care of me.
I know my imagination is a powerful tool to use and I will imagine my body well and healed.
- I will repeat “MAY I BE HAPPY AND WELL” four times and then
- I will repeat ” I AM HAPPY AND WELL” four times as I let the healing take place moment to moment.
