AN AMAZING COLD REMEDY

Cold Season seems to be here once again and here is a wonderful cold remedy that really works! Tastes strong, but the results are sure worth it!
Willows Cold Remedy
3 cloves of Garlic (I cut it in slices)
1/2 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp cayenne
1 piece of grated ginger root
3 pieces of apple…..I use 3 wedges
Oil of Oregano – a few drops
Mix it all together and take 1/4 of an ounce every 2 – 2 1/2 hours
I usually add about 1/8 – 1/4 cup of water as well…you can add brown sugar also if you find it too hard to take. It’s amazing how your cold symptoms just disappear. The sooner you start taking this when you feel like your getting a cold. The better it is! If you don’t have Oil of Oregano, I have made it without it and it works just fine!
